Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations and formulate independent diagnoses for patients coping with complex emotional and mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that prioritize their unique goals and needs.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, including but not limited to solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to facilitate improvements in patients' mental health.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams that include clinicians and medical providers, ensuring a seamless integration of services and fostering a networked approach to patient care.

• Monitor and track patient progress meticulously, applying both in-person and virtual follow-ups to ensure effective treatment responses and adherence to therapeutic goals.

• Support prescribed psychotropic medication management, providing insights on adherence, potential side effects, and effectiveness to improve overall patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families, providing emotional and psychological support during one of the most challenging times of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of social work principles and practices.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in the State of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of 1 year of related experience working as an independently licensed therapist, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex therapeutic scenarios.
