Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers and psychiatrists to provide coordinated care, ensuring that each client receives the comprehensive support they need for recovery.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients undergoing acute distress or challenging situations, applying your clinical knowledge and compassionate approach to promote stabilization.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce stigma, including workshops, seminars, and educational programs.

Qualifications\n
