Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological well-being, utilizing structured interviews and clinical assessments in both individual and group settings.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to foster emotional healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT in the state of Kansas.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Ability to perform thorough mental health assessments and devise effective treatment strategies based on clinical indicators.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, essential for establishing rapport with patients and fostering therapeutic relationships.
