Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mindful Support Wellness, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, ensuring to establish rapport by fostering positive therapeutic relationships that uphold professional ethics and boundaries.

• Meeting with clients on a regular basis to review individual progress, assessing their stability and coordinating future appointments, including necessary discharges.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs, focusing on holistic well-being.

• Documenting client interactions accurately and timely, ensuring consistency and compliance for each client's progress notes.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to understand new clients' needs and establish effective treatment pathways.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions per week, utilizing evidence-based practices to drive successful outcomes.

• Engaging in individual supervision to enhance professional skills and adhere to ethical practices.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing direct clinical services in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling, including familiarity with RMS systems and other electronic record-keeping tools.

Mindful Support Wellness offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
