Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans addressing pre-crisis and crisis situations, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality recordkeeping.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and assessments, collaborating effectively with the clinical team to determine appropriate interventions.
\n
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing the therapeutic effectiveness for clients.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold quality improvement initiatives and compliance.
\n
• Serve as an advocate and liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to coordinate care and resources for clients.

• Establish and maintain open communication channels to ensure contract standards are met and to promote the mission of Sibley Psychotherapy Services.

• Build relationships with various agencies and organizations to develop new partnerships, identifying potential funding opportunities and program enhancements.
\n
• Pursue ongoing professional development, including attending conferences, training sessions, and participating in statewide meetings relevant to mental health practices.
\n
• Promote and integrate the organization’s mission and values in all aspects of work, fostering a culture of respect and dignity within the workplace.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives and individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with emotional health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
