Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for a diverse range of clients, focusing on effective treatment strategies tailored to varying mental health needs.

• Efficiently document clinical notes and maintain accurate records for ongoing client care, ensuring compliance with all required standards.
\n
• Utilize a billing service to manage claims and insurance direct accounts, streamlining the financial aspect of providing care and allowing you to focus on your clients.

• Coordinate all follow-up appointments and manage a comprehensive calendar, maintaining clear communication with your clients.
\n
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and work with various clinical presentations, adapting your therapeutic approach as necessary to meet individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on the school-aged population, addressing both individual student mental health concerns as well as facilitating therapy sessions for couples. You will work collaboratively with educators and families to support the emotional and psychological well-being of students, creating a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development.

Qualifications\n

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• License to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Professional demeanor, demonstrating strong therapeutic boundaries, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to engage empathetically with clients and adapt your therapeutic techniques to suit individual needs.

• Minimum commitment of 40 hours per week is required, with availability for at least two evening sessions each week.

• Prior experience working in a school environment or with children and adolescents is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
