Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients to gain insight into their mental health concerns, establishing clear and personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), adjusted to meet individual needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adapting treatment approaches to optimize outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services, accommodating clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those facing challenges attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation as per ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring all client interactions are recorded with accuracy and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
