Work Environment

This position is fully onsite at our outpatient office located in the beautiful environment of Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and disabilities, developing personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Consult with fellow healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care throughout the treatment process.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions, continuously assessing patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards, documenting treatment and submitting billing for services rendered.
• Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary treatment teams, physicians, and referral sources regarding patient status and treatment goals.
• Engage in community outreach and assist in departmental administrative functions such as marketing and program development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through self-study, attending in-service training, and pursuing continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient in word processing and electronic documentation systems to ensure detailed patient records.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, fresh graduates with a solid academic background and a passion for patient care are welcome to apply. Experience supervising support staff and involvement in community health initiatives will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial rewards, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
