Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to engage with clients from the comfort of their homes. Our outpatient office, though distant, maintains a strong team-oriented environment that promotes collaboration among therapists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals. You will have the flexibility to manage your work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some adjustments possible to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Noble Counseling, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient outcomes, including:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment strategies focusing on trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based practices like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions to facilitate healing and encourage coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment approaches are employed for our clients.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress related to trauma.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about coping mechanisms and resources available for trauma recovery.

• Maintaining precise and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engaging in ongoing case consultations, team meetings, and professional development practices focused on modern trauma-informed care.

• Staying informed on the latest research and developments in trauma therapy to enhance the quality of care delivered.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates are required to have:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A strong understanding of trauma-informed care practices and resilience-building techniques.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a non-judgmental and compassionate approach.

• The ability to maintain composure in high-stress scenarios, ensuring effective client support.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we are also looking for candidates who possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
