Accounts Payable Specialist

Target Compensation:
$60,000 $80,000 base salary + annual bonus
Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
Process high-volume invoices, ACH payments, and check runs across multiple properties.
Coordinate invoice approvals and ensure timely vendor payments.
Generate partner distributions and management reports using AppFolio.
Support insurance administration, real estate tax coordination, and utility chargeback processes.
Assist with vendor, tenant, and partner-related financial inquiries.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
3+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
Conversational Spanish required.
Experience processing high-volume transactions and vendor payments.
Real estate, property management, or AppFolio experience is a plus.
