Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for oncology patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and document care activities
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams and other disciplines
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in daily care
- Maintain patient safety, adherence to infection control protocols, and quality of care

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- Ability to work in a high-acuity inpatient oncology setting
- Demonstrated ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work 12-hour day shifts
