Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans to address their specific mental health concerns.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy, depending on the client's needs and preferences.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing innovative techniques and strategies to facilitate discussion and promote positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance client care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to remain informed about the latest practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and foster trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
