Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Concord, CA
Pay Range: $25.00 – $26.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

We are actively seeking an Administrative Accounting Coordinator to join a fast-paced, finance-oriented environment. In this highly visible role, you will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to smooth and efficient workflows. - Support office operations through supply coordination and general administrative assistance

- Provide administrative support to accounts payable functions, including document tracking
- Review and verify employee activity reports to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Update reporting systems and monitor allocation tracking to support financial visibility
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of required information
- Contribute to team initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business or accounting is a plus
- 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting finance or accounting functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with accounting or financial systems and the ability to quickly learn new tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Detail-oriented mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional interpersonal skills and a commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
