Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Participate in the development of crisis plans and behavioral guidelines, ensuring that interventions are proactive and effective.
\n
• Complete clinical documentation promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards, including risk assessments and medication treatment plans.
\n
• Use evidence-based screening tools alongside the clinical team to identify client needs and determine appropriate interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individuals' goals.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining knowledge of industry standards.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with relevant services and community partners to enhance client support and resource connections.
\n
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local, state, and private agencies to promote programs and identify funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional growth through continuing education, conference attendance, and participation in task forces and committees.
\n
• Embody and promote Metro West Behavioral Health's mission, values, and philosophy in every interaction.

• Fulfill any other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse populations facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. You will provide services to individuals at different stages of the recovery process and work collaboratively with their families and support systems to enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license in Massachusetts (or willingness to obtain upon hiring) is necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and screening tools in mental health.

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Metro West Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
