Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, including the development of pre-crisis and crisis response strategies.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation in adherence to regulatory standards, ensuring timely submission of client records and progress notes.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and align interventions effectively with treatment goals.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client well-being.

• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes, actively participating in all necessary evaluations to maintain organizational standards.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant state agencies or community partners, facilitating access to additional resources as needed.

• Foster open and effective communication channels with clients and collective stakeholders to promote our mission and achieve contract compliance.

• Develop and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to advocate for program visibility and secure funding opportunities.
