Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, developing rapport and fostering effective therapeutic relationships while adhering strictly to professional ethics and standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, assess stability, and discuss future appointments, initiating the discharge process as warranted.

• Design, implement, and supervise person-centered treatment programs, tailoring interventions to the specific needs of each individual in collaboration with the client.

• Maintain thorough documentation, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations and assessments for new clients, gathering essential information to inform treatment planning.

• Facilitate a predetermined number of individual therapy sessions per week, consistently refining techniques based on client feedback and clinical supervision.

• Engage actively in one-on-one supervision sessions and team meetings to foster professional development and share best practices.

• Encourage interdisciplinary cooperation by collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency in using technology, including experience with RMS systems, Excel, and telehealth platforms.

• Demonstrated capability in providing direct psychotherapy services to a variety of client populations.

• Competence in conducting intake assessments with professionalism and sensitivity.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a remote therapeutic environment is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflecting the level of experience and commitment to high-quality care.
