Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices and individual goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to address various mental health issues effectively.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, providing clients with a sense of community and shared learning through facilitated discussions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care and ensure all aspects of patient health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering timely support during emergencies to stabilize clients and connect them with appropriate services.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of therapy sessions and assessments, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss challenges, share insights, and foster professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) are preferred.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
