Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual initial assessments to better understand each client's individual circumstances, developing tailored treatment plans to address their specific needs.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services including individual, couple, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate effective interventions and support.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary professionals, such as psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, ensuring a coordinated approach to client care and sharing insights on integrated treatment plans.

• Document progress notes, treatment plans, and other essential client data in our electronic health record systems, adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies to maintain confidentiality and best practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development through clinical supervision, training sessions, and workshops that emphasize best practices in marriage and family therapy.

• Stay updated on the latest research, emerging trends, and methodologies in the field of marriage and family therapy to enhance service delivery and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality in alignment with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily consist of providing marriage and family therapy services to a diverse patient population, which includes individuals of all ages—adults, children, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of cultural competency and the ability to meet clients where they are in their life journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon or the state of residence.

• Minimum of 2 years’ post-licensure clinical experience, showcasing a solid foundation in providing marital and family therapy.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, addressing a wide array of mental health issues.

• Proficient understanding of the DSM-5 for diagnosis and treatment planning.

• A demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
