Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building rapport through open communication and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan discharge when appropriate, ensuring a continuous feedback loop.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around the clients' needs and therapeutic goals.

• Document all client interactions thoroughly, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately evaluate client needs and formulate initial treatment strategies.

• Engage in individual supervision to reflect on clinical practice, promote professional development, and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, ensuring integrated services that benefit clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele served at the Psychology Care Center ranges from children to adults, encompassing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted LMHC licensure in the State of Florida, allowing for independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient environment following graduation.

• Proficient with digital tools and technology including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and knowledge of the PIMSY system.

Compensation and Benefits\n
