Mid-Market - Sales · Remote-USA · Full-time ComplianceQuest is seeking a high-performing Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business growth within the mid-market segment. This role is critical to our go-to-market strategy and revenue expansion, particularly in regulated industries such as Life Sciences and Industrial Manufacturing. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with prospects and customers. Responsibilities and Duties Own and exceed assigned sales quota through strategic outbound campaigns and inbound lead conversion. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on mid-market accounts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) with average deal sizes of $50k-$150k. Collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to execute account-based sales strategies. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools. Effectively communicate the value of ComplianceQuest’s PLM, QMS, EHS, SRM/SQM and other SaaS solutions to diverse buyer personas. Engage with stakeholders across customer organizations to ensure alignment and multi-threaded relationships. Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer satisfaction. Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and compliance requirements. Stay current with technological developments related to the CQ application, as well as management practices which include: Reading current releases documentation (SF and CQ). Attending presentations, conferences and workshops, and meeting with colleagues. Participate in internal training and maintain compliance with CQ’s Quality and Information Security standards. Comply with all internal CQ Quality and Information Security requirements. All other responsibilities / duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field Experience 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development in regulated and/or complex manufacturing industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a mid-market environment. Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience selling into compliance-driven environments is a plus. Preferred Skills Strong familiarity with QMS and PLM. Familiarity with EHS, SRM, ERP, or MES solutions. Experience selling into industries such as pharma, biotech, MedTech, industrial manufacturing. Ability to tailor messaging to technical and business stakeholders. Team-oriented mindset with a player/coach approach to collaboration. Location & Travel Remote Work: This is a 100% remote position. To ensure optimal coverage of our key market territories and efficient team collaboration, we are prioritizing candidates located in the following regions: Northeast & Mid-Atlantic: New England (MA, CT, RI, NH, VT, ME) through the Mid-Atlantic (NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, NC). West Coast & Mountain West Midwest Candidates must be located close to a major regional airport hub to facilitate efficient travel.
