Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy, with the ability to adapt approaches to cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.
