Job Full Description

Join a small, fast-paced team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and managing daily accounting tasks. This role suits someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently. Hours typically range from 16-32 per week, depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliation and payroll processing
Prepare financial reports and maintain the general ledger
Support tax and compliance documentation
Maintain organized recordkeeping systems

Qualifications

Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or Online
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software
High attention to detail and accuracy
Construction bookkeeping experience a plus
