Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, utilizing various diagnostic tools and techniques.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, ensuring the integration of evidence-based interventions tailored to client-specific goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care methods.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring safety and access to immediate resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources, fostering an informed approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
