Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including obtaining medical histories, performing physical assessments, and establishing baseline functional abilities.

• Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans that incorporate patient goals, while guiding them through the decision-making process to promote active participation in their care.

• Implement treatment modalities tailored to each patient's needs, adjusting protocols as necessary based on their progress and feedback. This includes manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. This may involve liaising with physicians, nurses, and other specialists regarding updates to patient status or changes in treatment plans.

• Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to provide a clear account of evaluations, treatment sessions, and goal progression.

• Engage with hospital and community initiatives aimed at improving access to care, conducting outreach to remove barriers that prevent individuals from receiving necessary therapy.

• Mentor and train student interns or new staff, fostering professional development within the team and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package including:
