Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Proto-Call Counseling Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify and address the mental health needs of diverse clients.

• Facilitating open and clear communication between clients, families, supervisors, and team members to discuss progress and treatment plans.

• Developing and providing a tentative appointment schedule for client sessions, home visits, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.

• Coordinating necessary home visits, including in-home observations and data analysis, to ensure accurate understanding of client situations.
\n
• Ensuring all program plans are implemented effectively and adapted based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and strategies for improved patient care.
\n
• Documenting progress through detailed monthly and quarterly notes that reflect client developments and program effectiveness.
\n
• Organizing and leading training for staff to ensure adherence to program plans and improve service delivery.
\n
• Providing follow-up support through interviews and home visits, addressing any ongoing or emergent needs of clients.

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure availability for stakeholders and regulatory compliance.

• Acting as a liaison between the organization and the external mental health community to promote collaborative developmental goals.

• Designing and implementing training materials and procedures to enhance service delivery quality.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
