Location : Dover, NJ 07801
Pay : $30.00 per hour
Shift/Hours: Monday , 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This is a fully on-site position.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience handling confidential information
Minimum 1 year of payroll experience
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to obtain lawful access to export-controlled items
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from an accredited institution
Previous Human Resources experience
Job Description
Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Scan and archive HR files to Iron Mountain
Organize and maintain new hire binders
Manage Service Awards, AwardCo, and employee rewards distribution
Manage employee warnings and documentation
Maintain I-9, ITAR, and background check records
Own training tracking within the TTS system
Order office and department supplies
Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries
Assist with plant-wide meetings, company events, and activities
Support HR projects and employee engagement initiatives
Complete termination paperwork
Perform WorkBrain updates as needed
Process payroll in the absence of the Payroll Administrator
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
