Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to gauge mental health needs, resulting in tailored treatment plans that cater to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions that focus on evidence-based therapeutic techniques and trauma-informed practices, promoting healing and resilience.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely clinical and progress notes per department protocols.

• Engage in regular communication with physicians, family members, and other healthcare providers to report on patient progress and address any significant concerns or barriers to care.

• Assist in crisis interventions to assess and treat emotional or behavioral issues, providing immediate support where necessary.

• Facilitate discharge planning in collaboration with clients and their support systems, coordinating services within the community to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
