Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Transcendence Counseling Solutions, you will:

• Maintain a caseload of youth clients, developing trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to discuss treatment progress and make necessary adjustments, ensuring continuity of care.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes in a timely manner to track client improvement and comply with regulatory standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the client’s history, needs, and preferences.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions weekly, adapting therapeutic strategies to foster client engagement and promote healing.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to discuss challenges and successes, ensuring continuous professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in clinical settings.

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or in substance abuse treatment.

• Proven experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering effective individual and group therapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using technology, including electronic health record systems and basic computer skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will possess experience in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and have familiarity with integrating telehealth solutions in clinical practice.
