Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams within the organization to develop comprehensive care plans that encompass all aspects of a client’s mental health and well-being.

• Provide immediate virtual support during acute crises by conducting online assessments, intervening with stabilization techniques, and offering conflict resolution strategies through telecommunication tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough virtual assessments, actively monitoring clients’ progress and making adjustments as necessary for optimum effectiveness.

• Conduct various therapy sessions—including individual, family, and group therapy—utilizing secure telehealth software. Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Behavioral Therapy to facilitate client improvement and recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
