Account Development Representative I - DACH

About The Role We are scaling our Account Development Representative team with a German‑speaking ADR focused on the DACH region. Your role is essential in providing our sales teams with a high‑quality pipeline and shaping the sales development role through your ideas and experience. What You’ll Be Doing Work closely with your team to drive quality pipeline for target accounts Respond to all inbound leads for your territory and maintain Salesforce hygiene Create and prioritize target account lists within your territory Identify and generate outbound opportunities Qualify prospects for enterprise interest and coordinate sales qualification with AEs What You Bring Fluency in German Track record of success Grit and growth mindset Intellectual curiosity Comprehension and awareness Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda’s product Nice to Haves Technical interest and desire to continue learning Adaptability – comfortable with a changing and growing environment Compensation For new hires, we typically place candidates in the first half of the range, with room for growth over time. Annual total cash (base salary + 100% variable, where applicable): United States: $91,000 to $181,700 United Kingdom: £57,200 to £116,400 Singapore: S$113,100 to S$209,900 Equity is offered through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) where applicable.
