The Wellness & Insight Therapies Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a remote work setting while primarily serving school-age clients and collaborating with school staff and parents. The role offers flexibility while maintaining a vital connection to educational institutions. You will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing treatment plans from your home office, utilizing telehealth platforms and digital communication tools to engage with your students and families effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, ensuring appropriate referrals are made for additional services or community resources as necessary, facilitating a comprehensive approach to student health.

• Engage with leadership to execute annual training needs assessments, helping to enhance the overall clinical competence of our team.
\n
• Regularly meet with the clinical director to discuss case management issues, clinical challenges, and personnel concerns, ensuring transparent communication and optimal patient care.
\n
• Supervise the daily work of behavioral health therapists, delivering performance evaluations and upholding organizational policies and protocols to maintain a high standard of care.
\n
• Track and document clinical productivity daily, ensuring compliance with program requirements and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of behavioral health issues from anxiety and depression to social skills deficits. You will work directly with students, their families, and educational staff to foster an environment conducive to healing and growth, making a profound impact in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required, along with a valid LCSW license.
\n
• Experience working within a school or educational environment is preferred, especially within a medical setting.
\n
• The role demands excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, educational staff, and families.

• Ability to travel to various CHDC sites for meetings, training, and outreach activities as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions is essential.

• Experience with documentation tools and telehealth systems is beneficial, as well as familiarity with community resources related to student mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
