Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individual clients to understand their mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Deliver personalized individual therapy, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other targeted techniques depending on client needs.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and consistently monitor their progress to ensure efficacy and adjustments in their treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person visits, maintaining a high standard of care regardless of the service format.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and meet regulatory requirements, ensuring that all client records are up to date.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, trainings, and peer supervision to enhance skills and therapeutic proficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflective of your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
