Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is a PT-owned practice renowned for its commitment to providing outstanding care in a state-of-the-art 5000 square feet sports medicine facility. Based in Deland, Florida, we specialize in delivering comprehensive physical therapy services, focusing predominantly on patients with private medical insurance. Our small, cohesive team includes two licensed physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite and emphasizes a home care setting, allowing you to work directly with patients in their environments. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a supportive team that prioritizes both patient-centered care and professional development, ensuring a balanced workload and conducive environment for delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and tailor treatment plans based on individual patient goals and clinical requirements.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, typically seeing one patient per hour to allow personalized attention and care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and minimizing dependence on medications or surgical interventions.
• Design and deliver customized fitness and wellness programs, addressing specific patient needs and leveraging various therapeutic modalities.
• Motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, providing support and encouragement to empower their engagement in therapy.
• Closely monitor and document patient progress, evaluating treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions such as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain issues. Our diverse patient demographic offers a myriad of challenges and opportunities for professional growth, ensuring that every day presents a unique clinical scenario.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT).
• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist without any disciplinary actions against the license.
• Demonstrate expertise in manual therapy techniques and the development of tailored exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, especially WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable, particularly in a home care context.
• A proven track record of developing successful treatment plans and delivering patient-focused care.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
