This remote position primarily involves providing high-quality mental health counseling services through telehealth, ensuring that clients receive dedicated care from the comfort of their own homes. With a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, we offer a fee-for-service compensation model that guarantees payment ahead of collections.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining positive, ethical relationships centered around trust and safety.

• Conduct regular virtual meetings with clients to assess progress, adjust treatment plans, and plan for discharge in a timely manner when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans to address each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client’s treatment journey, ensuring compliance with telehealth regulations and best practices.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather relevant client history and ensure the development of effective treatment strategies.

• Engage in one-on-one clinical supervision sessions to enhance your professional skills and receive guidance from peers.

• Collaborate actively with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance the overall client experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse mixture of individuals and families seeking mental health support, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Connecticut, with an active and current status.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating competence in delivering psychotherapy services.
