Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their specific needs, goals, and any co-occurring disorders, ensuring a holistic view of each patient's situation.

• Create personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies and therapies to aid in the recovery from substance use disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals aged 18 and older who are on their journey to recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois is essential.
