This role is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth technology which enables counselors to effectively reach clients across California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling through telehealth with evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations, including mental status examinations, and implement crisis intervention strategies as required.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Utilize culturally sensitive approaches in all interactions, recognizing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients and addressing their individual challenges.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in case reviews, team meetings, and training sessions focused on emerging therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients we serve primarily include individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and crisis situations. We are particularly focused on helping underserved populations in California, working to ensure they have access to quality mental health resources. As an LPCC, your role will be vital in establishing rapport and trust, facilitating the healing process through empathy and evidence-based care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LPCC license in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits. These include:
