Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 participants, fostering a supportive and understanding environment.

• Engage in individual and family counseling sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in regular case discussions to exchange insights and develop best practices.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to manage client interactions efficiently and ensure confidentiality.

• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on supporting adolescents and young adults who are experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clients often face unique pressures associated with transitioning to adulthood, relationships, and academic or career-related anxieties. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Qualified Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPCC or LMFT).
\n
• Availability to commit between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you opt for a 1099 contract position or a W2 employment status.

• Experience conducting therapy through telehealth platforms is preferred.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. In addition to competitive compensation, companies provide:
