This organization has strong operational support and a long-term growth strategy in place. They are looking for a relationship-driven seller who understands how to build trust, open doors, and consistently generate opportunities within construction and specialty service markets. Role Summary The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of business development experience selling services within construction or related industries. This is a relationship-first BDM role , focused on territory ownership, strategic partnerships, and sustainable revenue growth—not transactional sales. This position offers autonomy, market ownership, and a clear path toward expanded responsibility as the territory grows. Target Backgrounds Candidates may come from: Commercial Roofing Elevators Restoration / Waterproofing Landscaping Fiber / Utilities Other construction or specialty service industries Key Responsibilities Develop and grow new business opportunities within an assigned territory or region Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, developers, facility managers, general contractors, and key decision-makers Prospect new accounts through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry relationships Represent the company at industry events, associations, and networking functions Maintain a consistent market presence and ongoing client touchpoints Track pipeline activity, opportunity development, and sales forecasting Collaborate with internal estimating, operations, and leadership teams to align opportunities with execution capabilities Support long-term growth initiatives and regional market expansion efforts Qualifications / Requirements Minimum 3 years of business development experience in construction or a related service industry Proven ability to generate, manage, and grow a sales pipeline within a defined market Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-up skills Self-directed, organized, and performance-driven Comfortable working independently while partnering closely with internal teams Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to pass background and drug screening #J-18808-Ljbffr Frey Consulting Group
