You will leverage our comprehensive telehealth platform, Simple Practice, to conduct virtual appointments, engage with students through video conferencing, and utilize secure messaging for routine communication. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and determine appropriate treatment paths.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each student.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities for individuals and groups, focusing on teens, adults, and couples.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols within the Simple Practice system.

• Participate in regular professional development workshops and training sessions, contributing to the overall improvement of therapeutic practices.

• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards while effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support students facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. As a mental health counselor in a school setting, you will play a crucial role in assisting young individuals in navigating their emotional well-being, academic pressures, and social relationships, positively impacting their overall success.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
