Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions and create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs. Engage in individual therapy using diverse therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches to effectively facilitate clients’ growth and mental well-being. Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and track their progress throughout the treatment process. Provide flexible teletherapy options, adapting sessions to the accessibility needs of clients, ensuring continued support across various challenges. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies. Patient Population / Client Focus Your efforts will directly impact a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various psychological and emotional challenges. Qualifications A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients. A genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals navigating challenging life circumstances. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively within a remote work environment. Preferred Experience Experience in a teletherapy setting is highly valued, although not mandatory. Prior work addressing trauma, anxiety, or depression within diverse populations will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
