Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Engage with community resource leaders to advocate for patients' social needs, representing the organization in meetings and committees aimed at improving mental health resources.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including the assessment and formulation of treatment strategies for patients presenting with emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient updates, progress reports, and emerging needs to foster a cohesive treatment approach.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with departmental policies, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory adherence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on building therapeutic relationships that facilitate trust and openness, enabling patients to navigate their recovery journeys successfully. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a foundation in clinical practice.

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive professional relationships with colleagues, medical professionals, and patients.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid license in the state as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Deep understanding of mental health treatment theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based modalities.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interactions with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with advanced training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or substance use treatment will be considered favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also advantageous, as it streamlines documentation and patient management processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
