Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an assigned caseload of clients, actively establishing rapport, trust, and a positive therapeutic alliance while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review progress, evaluate treatment stability, and discuss potential discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package ranges from $75,000 to $104,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance. We operate under a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections to ensure financial security without waiting for reimbursement.
