You will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals using the latest telehealth technology, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and provide accurate mental health diagnoses, collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.\n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to implement short-term counseling for patients dealing with mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence.\n Deliver timely case management services, ensuring patients receive the necessary resources and support as they progress through their treatment plans.\n Participate actively in crisis intervention strategies, including assessment, de-escalation techniques, and facilitating communication with public mental health crisis response teams when required.\n Forge strong relationships with team members and external organizations to enhance continuity of care, ensuring thorough follow-up assessments and prevention planning after crises.\n Engage in ongoing professional development, contributing to a culture of learning and improvement within the mental health field.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\nYour primary focus will be on a diverse clientele comprised of individuals experiencing mental health conditions, including but not limited to those dealing with addiction, grief, trauma, and behavioral disorders. This role allows you to make a substantial impact on their lives by guiding them through recovery, while also supporting their families and communities. Your expertise will contribute to building resilience and fostering overall well-being for those you serve.Qualifications\n\n Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science from an accredited institution.\n A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling, with active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.\n Strong clinical skills with demonstrated experience working with individuals, families, and groups.\n Thorough knowledge of various mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities.\n Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies.\nPreferred Experience\n\n 3 or more years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings.\n Experience working with a diverse population and familiarity with culturally responsive practices.\n Proficient use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant clinical documentation tools.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThis position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
