About the Role

\n

We're hiring multiple Regional Sales Managers to drive new business growth. This i s a B2B SaaS outside sales role focused exclusively on the automotive industry , ideal for a hunter-minded sales professional with a proven track record of closing deals with auto dealers and dealer groups. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline development to demo, negotiation, and close — while building lasting relationships with dealership decision-makers and finance executives.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
\n
• Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline that supports consistent quota attainment.
\n
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
\n
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to dealership and finance industry needs.
\n
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
\n
• Analyze market potential, monitor territory performance, and report sales metrics weekly to the Sales Manager.
\n
• Represent Informativ at automotive trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
\n
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
\n
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Onboarding, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure client success .

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
\n
• Mandatory: B2B automotive industry sales expe rience (dealership, automotive finance, or related SaaS/tech sales into auto dealers).
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent industry experience.
\n
• Proven hunter mindset with a daily drive to prospect and win new business.
\n
• Demonstrated success running end-to-end sales cycles with creative, consultative sales tactics.
\n
• Proficien cy in Salesfor ce CRM and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
\n
• Strong selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\n
• Excellent time management, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B SaaS sales experience.
\n
• Experience selling credit, compliance, finance, or F&I technology solutions to automotive dealer s hips.
\n
