Your schedule will be structured from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without the pressure of on-call duties, enabling you to focus solely on your clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through video conferencing to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and insight.

• Act as an advocate for clients by helping them articulate their goals and personalize their treatment plans.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, employing a solution-focused approach that draws on your clinical expertise to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain client records accurately, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff to provide a comprehensive care experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Our focus is on serving stable and low-acuity patients who are seeking to enhance their mental health through accessible therapy. By offering a remote therapy option, we increase convenience for clients, enabling them to prioritize their mental health in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Prior experience working in a remote setting, particularly in providing telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually , depending on experience and hours worked. In addition to a generous salary, you will receive:
