Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Active mental health license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Strong understanding of the mental health concerns prevalent among diverse patient populations, particularly in a health clinic setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient engagement and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficient in evidence-based practices and brief therapy methodologies applicable to our dynamic counseling environment.
