Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct accurate assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Engage in ongoing care coordination, ensuring a seamless connection between clients and the necessary mental health programs available in the community.

• Educate clients and their families on effective communication strategies and improve support systems related to mental health.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources that meet the assessed needs, employing a strengths-based approach to treatment.

• Address issues related to substance abuse and trauma through targeted interventions and psychoeducation.

• Monitor client progress and adapt interventions as needed, ensuring the highest standards of mental health service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, families, and adults facing mental health challenges. You will contribute to the healing journey of individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as helping those in crisis situations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensing as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two (2) years of direct experience in a counseling or therapeutical setting.

• Proficient understanding of mental health theories, personality development, and behavioral health interventions.

• Demonstrated knowledge of interview and assessment techniques relevant to mental health practice.

• Prior experience working with children and families, especially in community or school mental health programs.
