Our Administrative Assistant (AA) position is available to professionals looking for an entry-level administrative role in healthcare. The AA will assist our Administrative department and Clinical teams. The position requires strong organization, time management, and customer service skills. Proficiency in computer use, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Email) and skill in utilizing scanner, copier and printer are a must.

- Front desk coverage (emails, phones, texts, patient check in/out, mail)
- Opening and/or closing routines for clinics
- Attend to the clinic environment for cleanliness, safety, etc.
- Monthly calendar development and distribution
- Track client and staff attendance
- Track unrendered sessions and take steps to complete billing
- Run and maintain necessary reports
- Assist with special/ongoing projects
- Ability to work independently on required duties; seek assistance/direction when discrepancies arise
- Organizational skills to work in a fast-paced work environment with a high volume of changes
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor across all situations
- The ability to be a creative thinker to find solutions to complex situations
- Interpersonal skills to work as part of a team, working collaboratively with others
- Superior ability to complete multi-step procedures even when interrupted at high rates
- Maintain professional boundaries with co-workers and clients
- Approach challenges with a positive attitude, presenting with a sense of leadership, calm and control
- Basic arithmetic computation
