Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients during initial sessions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, remaining calm and effective in high-pressure situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Turning Tides, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
