Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual counseling services to a wide array of clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation and mental health goals.

• Engage clients in therapeutic techniques using evidence-based practices, while continuously monitoring their progress and adapting treatment as necessary.

• Utilize our advanced telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and security in line with HIPAA regulations.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely documentation of each session, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any relevant referrals.

• Actively participate in supervision and peer consultations for professional development, ethics guidance, and clinical growth.

• Prioritize self-care, implementing strategies to manage your own mental health while setting healthy professional boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing various life challenges (such as trauma and grief), couples navigating relationship dynamics, and families seeking support for children experiencing emotional or behavioral issues. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds and to adapt therapeutic strategies to meet their specific needs is essential to achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely-related field.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport quickly with clients and colleagues.

• A solid understanding of various mental health theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists, medical professionals, and supportive staff.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, disability, and life insurance.
